What are the lead times?
Many items are available to ship from stock within 2 business days. Large quantities requiring assembly, non-stock, or special order items may require longer lead times. For the latest product availability and transit times, please contact our Customer Service department.
Where will the product ship from?
With warehouses located across the country stocking thousands of SKUs, our team will confirm your order with projected shipping information and from which location. We always strive to ship from a location in close proximity to you.
What is your order procedure?
When an order is received, you will receive a confirmation from us. We may need to adjust the lead time listed on the purchase order, but we will always strive to meet your expected date. If we need to make any changes, we will contact you immediately. Once the order has shipped we will provide you with a tracking number.
